Global Head of Operations

Our client is looking for a hands‑on, strategic Global Head of Operations who will be a central figure of the global leadership team and play a key role in shaping the future of their operational setup.

You will lead production sites in Denmark and Poland and oversee warehouse and logistics operations in China and North America.

The company's headquarter and Danish production facilities are located in the western part of Zealand in Denmark.

As a true player‑coach, you flourish working closely with your operations team while driving strategic improvements across the full supply chain — sourcing, production, warehousing, logistics, quality, and continuous improvement.

We are offering you the following areas of responsibilities

Multi‑site production in Denmark & Poland
Global warehousing and logistics (DK, PL, CN, MX, US)
Sourcing, purchasing & supplier development
Quality, safety & continuous improvement (ISO/IATF/EcoVadis)
Operational strategy, KPIs & cost optimization
Cross‑cultural leadership and team development

You bring with you

8–10+ years of international operations leadership
Strong hands‑on experience — not just management from a distance
Broad supply chain expertise
Experience with transformation projects and LEAN/CI
Strong communication and leadership impact across cultures
